Monday Night Spring League

Only teams may participate-no individuals

This league is open to Varsity, JV, and incoming freshmen teams

We will host 3 Divisions Orange, Black, and White

Teams must provide their own uniforms

Registration includes 5 league games plus a season ending tournament

Team roster waiver PLUS signed individual wavier and consent form for each player must be submitted prior to first game
